I love the German roasted nuts they sell at the mall in Greenwood but we go out that way so rarely these days that I haven’t had my fix in a while. Two years ago I tried to duplicate it but could not figure it out. I tried no fewer than three different recipes but none were crunchy. THIS recipe, however is! It’s almost perfect!
